Candidate Sourcing
We tap our network across Honduras and Central America. Every candidate is screened for English proficiency (B2+), technical skills, and culture fit. You receive a shortlist of 3–5 candidates with profiles.
Interviews & Selection
You meet your shortlist. We facilitate scheduling and stay available to support both sides. You pick your person — no pressure, no quotas.
Onboarding & Setup
We handle contracts, compliance, payroll, and equipment. Your hire gets set up in our Tegucigalpa office — with everything they need to hit the ground running.

Do they really speak English?
Yes. We screen every candidate at B2 level or above — professional working proficiency. Many are C1. You'll see it in the first interview.
What time zone do they work in?
Honduras is CST — full overlap with the entire continental US. Your hire is online when you are, every single day. No async delays, no late-night calls.
How does payroll work?
We are the employer of record. You pay Kinta a flat monthly fee — we handle local payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance in Honduras.
What if it doesn't work out?
We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the hire isn't the right fit within 90 days, we replace them at no additional cost.
Is this different from a staffing agency?
Very different. Staffing agencies place people and move on. We stay involved — office, HR, support, oversight. Your hire is part of our team and part of yours.
